Focusing on maintaining and improving the healthspan vs lifespan trajectory through interventions including proper nutrition, functional training that includes strength training and cardiorespiratory fitness, and related factors that can influence how we age. Adequate sleep/rest, healthy nutrition, and low or no alcohol consumption are all goals. Walking daily is recommended to support these goals.
